  1. PRICING
    All prices and conditions of sale are subject to change without notice.
    All orders will be invoiced at our price at time of shipment.
    MINIMUM ORDER: Custom Assemblies - $300.00 NET INVOICE VALUE
    All Other Products $100.00 NET INVOICE VALUE

  2. CREDIT TERMS
    To be eligible for an OPEN ACCOUNT, a minimum initial order of $250.00 or more is required.
    Open accounts will be granted to firms with satisfactory credit history as determined by our Credit Department.
    A completed and signed U.S. Rigging Supply credit application is required.

    NOTE: We Accept VISA, MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS payments.

  3. FREIGHT TERMS
    All shipments are F.O.B. our plant. (Santa Ana, Calif.) and made freight collect or prepaid and charged depending on the carrier. On behalf of our customers, we endeavor to obtain the most economic shipping costs available. Drop shipments to a third party will incur an extra charge of $5.00.

  4. RETURNED MERCHANDISE
    No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from U.S. Rigging Supply. Refunds cannot be given on custommade merchandise. Materials ordered in error will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and any shipping charges incurred. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by corresponding invoice and Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA #).

  5. SPECIFICATIONS
    Any performance stipulations by U.S. Rigging Supply are conditional on the ultimate user or consumer’s determination of the following: proper size and type; proper design and maintenance of the equipment on which products are used; and proper storage, maintenance and periodic inspection of such products during the period of use.

    The dimensions, weights, strengths and other specifications shown in this catalog are approximates, subject to variation within reasonable tolerances, and not to be solely used to determine the suitability for any specific application.

    Breaking Load: Calculated by random sample testing at our own testing facility. The product is tested to point of break or deformation (an unusable state). Breaking Loads are measured in pounds. Test certificates available on request.

    Working Load Limit (WLL) is calculated at 20% of tested Breaking Load (a 5:1 ratio). We recommend that the user not load any product beyond the Working Load Limit. When life and limb are at stake, a 10 or 12:1 safety ratio is recommended.

  6. LIMITED WARRANTY
    Ninety-day Limited Warranty - Seller warrants that the goods shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to Customer. Seller’s sole responsibility with respect to claims made within said ninety (90) day period shall be, at its option, to repair or replace any items which it deems to be defective.
